I'm giving a five star rating not for Xinity per se, but for the service received at the store. Came to the store to return a phone, after being told I could, I could not. The young man DeVaughn that helped me was the absolute best. He explained patiently and even tried to get a shipping label so it would be easier on me, but I have to call Xinity again. If you go there though, ask for DeVaughn he will throughly help you and he is not bad to look at either.
